Our simply but modernly furnished rooms have all been renovated and are designed as double rooms. A single room occupancy is of course also possible.

The ground floor apartment has 3 double bedrooms. All rooms are furnished in a simple but modern style and are designed as double rooms with two free-standing beds. A single room occupancy is of course possible. Each room has one or even two windows, a wardrobe and armchairs. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, oven, kettle, refrigerator, induction cooker) and a large hallway complete the space. A newly renovated bath/shower and a separate toilet are also available in the apartments. The TV is placed in the kitchen/hall area.

Apartement 7
Our 25 m² large, modern furnished apartment is newly renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-person occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.20 m bed, a closet and a chest of drawers. In the living room there is a sofa with bed function and a fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer combination. The unit also includes a newly renovated shower. Of course you will find a television placed in the living area.

Apartement 8
Our 30 m², modern furnished apartment is newly renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-person occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom has a 1.40 m bed and 2 wardrobes. In the living area there is a sofa with bed function and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge/freezer combination. The unit also includes a newly renovated shower. Of course you will find a television placed in the living area.

Please note that the prices listed below include the statutory sales tax (VAT) of currently 7%.  
Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
